Zhangjiajie · Hunan, China

Beyond the ordinary

Sandstone pillars above the clouds, cliffs you can walk along and a glass bridge over a canyon. Guided in English, paced around the light.
The destination

A landscape that had to be seen to be believed

The quartzite pillars of Wulingyuan were shaped by water and wind over millions of years. Most mornings they stand above the cloud line, which is why the valley looks completely different at 7am than at noon.
We build every itinerary around that light, so you see Zhangjiajie at its best rather than at its busiest.
